Minnesota State University, Mankato will award 1,709 degrees at the end of the fall semester, with commencement ceremonies scheduled for 9 a.m. and noon Saturday, Dec. 14 in Taylor Center's Bresnan Arena on the Minnesota State Mankato campus.

Graduates of the College of Arts & Humanities, College of Business and College of Science, Engineering and Technology will participate in a 9 a.m. ceremony, and graduates of the College of Allied Health and Nursing, College of Education and College of Social and Behavioral Sciences will participate in a noon ceremony.

Students from Belle Plaine include: Michelle Cerami, BS, Nursing; Richard Fogarty, BA, Economics; Cori Irwin, BS, Sociology; Megan Schmitz, BS, Rec, Parks & Leisure Services, Summa Cum Laude; Alexandra Stauffacher, BS, Family Consumer Science; and Jeremy Sutherland, BSEE, Electrical Engineering.Students from Cologne include: Ashley Jacques, BS, Marketing; Kohlton Schmidt, BS, Aviation, Magna Cum Laude; and Benjamin Thul, BS, Automotive Engineering Technology.
