During the week of Nov. 25-Dec. 1, the Belle Plaine Fire Department responded to the following selected calls:

Monday, November 25

At 1 a.m., firefighters responded to a medical call on the 440 block of West State Street.

At 2:40 a.m., firefighters responded to a medical call on the 300 block of South Elm Street.

Tuesday, November 26

At 12:55 p.m., firefighters responded to a tractor fire on the 27000 block of Highway 25 in Faxon Township.

Wednesday, November 27

At 1:25 a.m., firefighters responded to a report of a vehicle striking a gas line near Orchard  and Meridian streets. When they arrived, no signs of damage were found.

At 11 p.m. firefighters responded to a medical call on the 16500 block of 250th Street West. The call was canceled en route.

Thursday, November 28

At 9:45 a.m., firefighters responded to a single-vehicle accident near County Road 40 and 188th Street in San Francisco Township. There were no injuries.

At 11:50 a.m., firefighters responded to a single-vehicle rollover near County Road 40 and 182nd Street in San Francisco Township.
