Per an order by Gov. Tim Walz, bars and restaurants across Minnesota were set to close to dine-in customers on Tuesday, March 17, at 5 p.m.
The order has forced businesses across the state, including those in Belle Plaine, to adapt and offer new methods of service, including delivery and curbside pickup.
Following is a list (in no particular order) of Belle Plaine bars and restaurants and what they are offering during the closure period.
Annie's Cafe will be offering curbside pickup and daily specials. Customers are encouraged to call 952-873-5558 for delivery options.
Sparetime Tavern will be offering curbside pickup with a full menu as well as off-sale beer and liquor sales. Orders can be called in at 952-873-3433.
Johan's will be experimenting with curbside pickup and will offer a full menu from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Orders can be called in at 952-873-6740.
Impact Nutrition will be fullfilling curbside orders from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Customers can call or text 952-426-2743. Customers who text are asked to include "curbside" in their order. Delivery may be available as staffing allows.
Andy's Bar & Grill will offer a full menu for curbside pickup from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. Orders can be called in at 952-873-2207.
Oldenburg Brewing Company will be offering takeout and curbside pickup, as well as off-sale liquor everyday, except Mondays and Tuesdays. Customers can call or text 952-818-0504.
Heng's Bakery will continue to offer takeout as usual, but guests may not stay in the restaurant. Delivery may become available for lunch and dinner. Orders can be made at 952-873-2005.
Subway customers can order online or use the Subway app. Guests can then call the store at 952-873-2677 for orders to be taken to their cars.
Drive-through ordering at McDonald's and Dairy Queen will continue as usual, but lobbies will be closed.
Mei Dong will be offering take-out and delivery options as usual. Orders can be made at 952-873-3766.
Emma Krumbee's Restaurant and Bakery will offer their full menu for curbside ordering and delivery within nine miles. Orders can be made at 952-873-4334.
Mizzy's Pizza will offer delivery and takeout as usual. They are offering customers the option to have no contact and can leave orders at customers’ doors. Orders can be made at 952-873-6504.
Borough Bowl will be experimenting with menu options and will be offering curbside and potentially limited delivery. Orders can be made at 952-873-2204.
Cindy's Kitchen with remain open for takeout orders, which can be made at 952-873-3355.
Delivery and takeout orders for Domino's Pizza can be made at 952-873-2020.
Scott County CDA posted a link on their webpage with information on area eateries that remain open. This list doesn’t typically include the fast food restaurants that regularly offer drive thru because it’s assumed they will continue to operate through their drive thru at this time.
