Patrick Leo Sullivan, 70 of Burnsville, passed away of natural causes peacefully at home on June 20, 2020. 

Patrick Leo Sullivan, 70 of Burnsville, passed away of natural causes peacefully at home on June 20, 2020.  

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.

Pat was born in New Prague on September 18, 1949 to Leo and Margaret “Mag” (Muggli) Sullivan. He graduated from Belle Plaine High School in 1967.  

On July 8, 1983 he married Ramona Buesgens. Pat worked for 30 years at what is now Silgan Container Corp. in Savage. After 15 years with Emerald Crest of Burnsville he retired and enjoyed working in his yard where he had created a bird and wildlife sanctuary.  

Pat loved all sports and traveled extensively. He will be remembered for his love of nature and wildlife and sports… all sports.

He is survived by his wife, Mona; siblings, Joan (Bob) Hartmann, Jeanette (Kirk) Gloege, Terry (Sandy) Sullivan, Theresa “Tilly” Sullivan, and Dan Sullivan; mother-in-law, Grace Buesgens; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Cindy (Dave) Kruschke, Les (Janis) Buesgens, Kathy (Alan) Hennen, Dennis Buesgens, and Andy Buesgens; many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Pat is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Mag; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Kay and Donnie Halloran; and father-in-law, Art Buesgens.
